FLIGHT PLANS
We have obtained a group rate quoted for a one way flight leaving Saturday, September 21st from Toronto YYZ airport to arrive in Dublin same day.
Each ticket will cost approximately $350 per person dependent on the final head count. Each ticket requires a $100 deposit for reservation.
We kindly ask that any guests who would like to fly as a part of the group send the deposit to reserve their spot by March 31st latest. This will allow us to move forward to confirm the number of seats required, and confirm the group rate.

The remaining balance of the tickets will be due about 90 days before lift off. We hope to have all accounts paid by June 1st, 2024. We will be in touch closer to this date as a reminder for anyone travelling with us!
Travel to the Toronto YYZ Airport
Those who are flying with us will gather on September 21st at the McDonald's Parking Lot at Wellington Road South and Roxburgh Road Intersection. We will be arranging a bus to bring us all to Pearson together.
Included in the ticket is 1 checked bag, 1 carry on, and 1 personal item.
Travel from the airport in Dublin DUB to an Air BNB has also been scheduled for the group.

Local Transportation
Here are options for anyone who wishes to explore the local terrain independent of the group.
Car Rentals in Northern Ireland:
Belfast City Centre Car Rental
Bus and Train are also accessible options within the city limits of Dublin or Belfast. Translink is the main bus and train operator in Northern Ireland.
A group trip will be planned on September 25th to a few chosen locations as well for whomever would like to join. Please let us know if you are interested to joining. You can find more details under the Q + A section of our website.
ACCOMODATIONS
We will be getting an air bnb for us all to stay in.
The cost will be about $500 per person to stay from Saturday September 22nd when we land, until Wednesday September 25th when we all venture back to Dublin. This will require a deposit of $200 due on or before March 31st.
We are bringing everyone back to Dublin where the international airport is. Everyone will be responsible for their own flights from here as many of you have various plans to travel to different destinations.
We will be arriving in Dublin around dinner, so please arrange for evening stay in Dublin if your flight is not a later one.
