Logan and Karlee first met in high school at a YoungLife dodgeball tournament. A few years later, they crossed paths once again, and not due to random chance. Before the Summer of 2019, Logan asked Karlee on their first date which was to the couples favorite ice cream place, Berkshires Frozen Custard. The first summer was filled with ice cream dates, concerts, family lake trips, golf, fishing, and watching sunsets. From this moment forward the couple grew to love each other more through every battle they faced. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple faced many changes. Karlee graduated from VCU in 2020 and Logan graduated from Virginia Tech in 2021. The couple also added one very special piece to their family, miss Birdie Lee. Anyone that has met Karlee and Logan know how much this golden ray of sunshine means to them. Eventually the couple found their passion in the medical field and ended up pursing pharmacy school where they recently graduated in 2024. During the second year of pharmacy school, in late October, Logan asked Karlee to be his wife....obviously she said yes! The couple loves to travel whenever they get the chance. To this point they have traveled to almost all of the states around Virginia, the beaches of Florida, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and California (where Karlee experienced Disney for the first time)!!! When they’re not traveling they love to cook (especially Karlees cookies), take Birdie for walks, play pickleball/golf, binge Netflix shows, solve murder mysteries, and ultimately spend time with family. Family is top of the list when it comes to priority for these two. Without family these two wouldnt have the strong relationship that they have today.
