Our Wedding

Karli and Brandon met on Juneteenth in 2020, right in the middle of the COVID shutdown. What started as a friendship quickly turned into something more (especially after Brandon fell first). With the world on pause, we spent a lot of quality time together — often stuck in the house — which turned out to be the perfect way to build a strong foundation from the very beginning. As life opened back up, so did our world together. We made Tampa home, moved in together, adopted a second cat, Kali, to keep Bella company, and slowly but surely merged our friends and families into one big circle. Our days have since been filled with trips, hikes, coffee shops, and plenty of Bucs and Lightning games. Even a stretch of long distance when Brandon moved to Asheville couldn’t slow us down. In May of 2023, we took one of our biggest steps yet by buying our first home together in Brandon, Florida — a place that truly became ours. From uncertain beginnings to a life full of laughter, shared routines, and love, we’re so excited for what’s next and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who’s been part of the journey.
