When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
The deadline to RSVP is Friday, May 16th! Please be sure to scan the QR code on your invite and navigate to the RSVP section of this website to submit entry.
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

What will the weather be like this time of year?
Simply put - Colorado weather has a mind of it's own. However, you can expect a daytime high of 80 degrees and nighttime lows of 50 degrees.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both will be at our venue The Oaks! All wedding day activities will be held in one place.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be held indoors (with access to the outdoor patio). During cocktail hour guests will have the freedom to utilize both the indoor and outdoor spaces.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at The Oaks by 4:30 pm for a champagne welcome before the ceremony begins.
Are kids welcome?
No. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Plenty of free parking is available on-site next to the venue.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Feel free to bring any gifts to the venue the day of the wedding but if you are shipping anything you can send it to the address 1390 Meyerwood Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be an open bar until 10pm! From 10-11pm the bar will be converted to a cash-bar as we wind down the night.
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer, and our signature cocktails.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes! Dinner will be a plated service with your choice of steak, chicken, or the vegetarian option alongside jalapeño cheddar mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Please be sure to alert us of any dietary restrictions you have when you make your meal selection as your RSVP.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
Yes! Please choose the appropriate meal choice for your dinner selection and there will be dietary restriction-friendly snacks AND desserts!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding ceremony?
Sort of. We will have designated photo/phone opportunities during the ceremony, but other than these special times we ask that guests stow their phones away and be present with us.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes! We have a room block available for our guests to make a reservation at the Double Tree in the Denver Tech Center. See the "Travel & Lodging" page for all of the details!

What is the timeline for the day?
Please arrive at 4:30pm for a champagne welcome before the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. At 5:30pm we will transition to cocktail hour, then at 6:30pm the reception will begin and will go until 11pm.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The venue is fully accessible.
