WHEN TO RSVP

Please RSVP by May 10th, but the sooner the better. This allows for best planning practices.

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE CEREMONY?

With this being a Friday wedding, we totally understand that getting time off work may not be attainable for everyone. If you find that you can't make it to the ceremony starting at 5:30pm, we would love for you to still join us for cocktail hour starting at 6pm or reception at 7pm to celebrate and grab a drink on us!

ARE PLUS ONES ALLOWED?

In general, we are not allowing plus ones. However, if you feel someone should be added to your party, please indicate in the comment prompt after you RSVP. Be sure to include names and relation to you or your family and we will review!

WHAT IF A MEMBER OF MY PARTY IS NOT SHOWING AS AN OPTION WHEN I RSVP?

If there is a member of your party that you feel should be listed as an option, please indicate in the comment prompt after you RSVP. Be sure to include names and relation to you or your family and we will review!

ARE YOUNG CHILDREN ALLOWED?

When you RSVP it will indicate everyone who is invited, including your children! Please keep in mind this will be a lively event offering alcohol, and going late into the evening. If you feel this environment is not suitable for your children, or you simply want a night away, we encourage you to consider other arrangements for them! If you decide to bring your children, please note the venue does not provide high chairs, so please plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME DO I ARRIVE?

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. We encourage arriving 20 - 30 mins beforehand to allow time to park and find a seat!

WHAT DO I WEAR?

The dress code is formal attire. For the ladies, a nice dress or pantsuit, and for the gentlemen, a jacket and tie or traditional suite will be appropriate. You may want to keep in mind bridesmaids will be wearing satin, hunter green dresses.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Parking is located off to the left gravel portion of the barn upon arriving. Signs will be posted as well to help direct.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We prefer that all guests keep their phones and cameras in purses/pockets during the ceremony. We appreciate the desire to capture our special day, but our photographers will have us covered!

IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Weather allowing, outdoors! The main ceremony area is located in the back portion of the barn. The back deck has a few steps that lead down to a concrete path.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?

Snacks will be provided during cocktail hour (6pm-7pm) as well as drinks served at the bar. A buffet style Taco Bar will be provided as well as desserts during the reception (7pm-11pm). Taco bar is gluten free and dairy free (avoid cheese and sour cream). Select cupcakes will be gluten free, dairy free for those who have food allergies and sensitivities. Dishes will be marked accordingly.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

We will be providing open beer and wine along with bride/groom signature lime and strawberry margaritas!

ARE THERE HOTELS OR OTHER LODGING OPTIONS NEARBY?

Yes! If you click on the Travel tab at the top of this page, we have nearby hotels listed in Lebanon and Brownsburg, both are around 20 mins away from the venue. Please note that no rooms are blocked as we ask that you arrange your own accommodations if needed.

WHERE SHOULD WE BRING/ SEND GIFTS?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home address, which will be presented as a delivery option through our registries, or you can bring it to the venue. There will be a designated spot to hold them.
