This is totally up to you ! Our wedding will be on the Friday so we recommend arriving at least one day earlier to settle in and then you’re welcome to stay however long you choose. We will be staying from the 21st until the 26th of August and then heading off to our honeymoon location :)

To secure your preferred room type to suit your budget we recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible. We have reserved enough rooms for all guests to stay so don’t stress if you need to wait until the new year to do so.

Nadi International Airport (NAN)

There are many Taxi’s waiting at the Airport which should cost around $30 to $50 FJD. Otherwise you can choose to prebook a shuttle or private transfers service. (They offer car seats for those travelling with young children)

It will take approximately 20-30 minutes from Nadi Airport.

The Ceremony will be at the Beach Front across from the North West Lawn. (Number 16 on map)

We ask if you could please RSVP by March 2024 to leave enough time for us to organise the finer details. We understand that travelling overseas for our Wedding is a massive ask and we completely understand that this may not be achievable for some. Please know we will not be offended if you are unable to join us.

We are more than happy for children to join the ceremony but unfortunately due to strict numbers we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party and close family at our reception. We hope you understand. The resort provides a kids club and babysitting services for all ages. Babysitting can be done in your room or at the kids club.

We kindly request no gifts for our wedding. Your journey to celebrate with us is enough of a gift and making memories in this beautiful destination together is more than we could ask for.

If you decide to fly with Fiji Airways, there is a check-in counter at the Sofitel resort reception. Meaning you can check-in for your Fiji Airways flight from the comfort of the resort. Boarding passes are issued, bags tagged and transported securely to the airport, giving you more time to enjoy the resort, get a bite to eat, or do a spot of shopping before you leave for the airport. At the airport, you bypass airport check-in and head straight to security and immigration.
