We were originally going to have our wedding in my aunt's backyard in Michigan. Michigan is a very important place to Josue and me! It's where we spend all of our vacation time, as my Aunt lives so close to the lake. We love seeing all of the beautiful wildlife and exploring! Josue proposed to me a year ago at our tree by Mission Point Lighthouse up at the top of the peninsula. We were able to find a beautiful farmhouse in the area! The bride and groom and the wedding party will stay in the house for the weekend and the pole barn and grounds will be used for the ceremony and reception.

About 8 hours from Bloomington and 6 hours from Chicago! We'd be happy to facilitate some carpooling situations if desired.

The Groom's family is catering Mama Lu's Tacos. We will have vegan and gluten-free options as needed. A limited amount of alcohol will be provided, but bring your own if you want something special. Please be responsible adults!

Please come however you are comfortable! Wear jeans, a band shirt, and Converse, or dress up! The colors are orange, yellow, and green if you want to coordinate.
