If you are planning to attend the Welcome Party and/or want to be able to explore Grand Rapids, we recommend booking a room in our block at the Canopy by Hilton Grand Rapids Downtown. If you are flying in for just one night or would like to be a bit closer to the venue, we recommend booking a room in our block at the DoubleTree Grand Rapids Airport.

The welcome party will be a casual time to see the bride and groom before their big day. There will be a variety desserts and drinks available within a private space (The Centennial Room at the Founders Brewing Company taproom).

Founders offers two parking lots, located at: 241 Goodrich St. SW and 334 Finney Ave SW. Each lot is approximately 1 block away from the Taproom Entrance. Please bring your ticket to the event so we can validate your parking. Street parking is also bountiful around the building, but please follow posted signage. Handicap parking is provided by the city and can be found in front of the Taproom entrance.

Yes, there is ample parking onsite. Venue staff will direct you on where to park when you arrive.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while dinner and dancing will be in the Carriage House. There is a short walk on grass to get to the ceremony site, so please choose your footwear accordingly! In case of rain, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved to the Barn onsite.

Yes, if you stay at one of the hotels we have a block at there will be a shuttle to and from the wedding day venue.
