We are providing transportation to and form the hotels and the venue! Please carefully read below for departure times of the different hotels (times vary depending on the hotel you are staying at).

Shuttle information for The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club: Please be dressed and in the lobby by 5:05pm. Shuttle will leave at 5:10pm.

Shuttle information for the Hilton Garden Inn, Best Western, and Holiday Inn Express: Please be dressed and in the lobby at 4:40pm. Shuttle will leave at 4:45pm.

If you choose to drive, there is a large parking lot on the grounds next to the Beach House Waterfront Venue.

Uber and Lyft are VERY LIMITED on the Eastern Shore. Please DO NOT rely on this option!

Please allow plenty of time to get to the venue if you are arriving from Annapolis/Western Shore of Maryland. The Bay Bridge traffic tends to be bad this time of year and can take an hour+ to get across. (Staying in Annapolis/Western Shore is not recommended for this reason).
