As there is no discount offered by getting a block of hotel rooms, we did not move forward with this option. We want to give you the flexibility of booking the location you want at the cost you want.

Although the venue does have the ability to hold up to 40 adults, this unfortunately does not cover our entire guest list. Guests will know if they are invited to stay onsite based on the RSVP. If you do not receive this information within your RSVP, please try your best to book accommodation that allows you to cancel with a full refund as close to the wedding date as possible. This way, in case spots open up at the venue, you can switch accommodation to Newhall.

We recommend getting an accommodation close to the tram line, as it is the most convenient option to get around, especially for touristic activities. We recommend staying close to the city center (Princes Street to Picardy Place), but ideally, anywhere between the stops Haymarket and Newhaven.

As mentioned within the transportation section, transportation will be provided to guests for getting from Edinburgh to Newhall and back (exact times stated within the itinerary section). Exact location will be determined at a later date. This will be located in or near the downtown Edinburgh area (Princes Street).

For reference, our accommodation within Edinburgh is located at 2 Wellington Place, Leith; close to the tram station "Foot of the Walk".
