Can I bring a plus one?
Although we would love to share our special day with everyone, space is limited, so we regretfully ask that our guests please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Don’t worry, we will be sure to sit you next to people that you know and love. Thank you so much for understanding!
Are children welcome?
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate children at our venue outside of our immediate family members due to limited seating. We genuinely hope you can still join us to enjoy a fun filled night off!
When should I RSVP by?
Kindly RSVP by April 20th, 2024. If you can not attend, we will miss you greatly and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by April 20th, we will assume you are not able to make it and we'll adjust our day accordingly. We thank you for your compliance in advance!
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM, so we recommend for our guests to arrive between 4:30 - 4:45 to allow for time to mingle, grab a fan and find a seat. We ask that everyone has taken their seat by 4:50 PM. At 5 o'clock the doors will be closed and you will be unable to attend the actual ceremony, but don't worry, we will see you at the reception! This is to ensure that our day runs smoothly and timely.
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal/cocktail attire. No specific color scheme, just no white and no jeans please! See the link below for more details on the attire options.

Will the ceremony and recption be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place in the outdoor space located right outside of the venue. This will be followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception space.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
We have opted for an unplugged ceremony which means that we ask that all guest place their phones on silent and are put away during the duration of the ceremony to allow everyone to be present in the moment with us. There will be an opportunity to take pictures at a designated time during the ceremony and photos are more than welcome during the cocktail/reception time. We ask that you respect these wishes during the ceremony so that our photographer can be sure to capture our special moments becoming Mr & Mrs.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us! However, the hangover is on you 😂. Feel free to bring cash to tip the bartenders should you see fit.
Since there will be alcohol, What should we do about driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The Grand Manor (of course) agrees. As such, they allow guest to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue, allowing for pick up the next morning by 12:00 PM. We encourage the use of rideshare options such as Uber, Lyft or taxis for transportation if you plan on drinking.
Do you have hotel rooms blocked?
Yes, we have blocked rooms at the Hilton Rialto, located just a little over a mile from the venue. Please refer to the travel section of this website for further details/rate information on how to book a room should you decide to stay here. However, please feel free to find other accommodations, should you find that something else better fits your needs.
A Note on Gifts...
Gifts are never expected, as your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, there is a registry link on our wedding website that will link you right to our home fund and amazon registry. If snail mail is your thing, cards can be made out to Karmen Brown and/or Sean Gaston. And if you are last minute (like us), there will be a cards and gift table at the wedding venue.
