Hey everyone! We are so excited to celebrate with you on our big day at SpringBreak Flower Farm in the Crowsnest Pass. Some things we would like to outline:   - Please RSVP by May 15th. - There are no hotel's available in the Crowsnest Pass area (Bellevue, Blairmore, Coleman) due to a marathon happening on this weekend. If you have accommodations of your own in this area we recommend you take advantage! - Please see the travel page for details about the hotel rooms we have secured for you in Pincher Creek. - There is space for trailers on the venue property, if you have one you would like to bring. There is limited space so if you chose this option when you RSVP'd we will be working through logistics closer to the day if there are more people wanting to stay there than space provided. (You can also pitch a tent or sleep in your car, whatever works!) Please see the travel page for more information. - We have pre-paid for a shuttle from Pincher Creek to the venue and from the venue to Pincher Creek. Please visit the travel page for more details on transportation. - We appreciate your understanding that our day will be adults-only, with the exception of children in our immediate family. -There is a $250 fee PER PUKE found outside at the venue that will be coming out of our own pocket if we can't find the culprit, please use a toilet or garbage bin. Keep this in mind when you are celebrating with us. - No smoking or vaping indoors.   If you have any problems, concerns or questions please reach out and we can come up with a solution. We don't want anyone left out in celebrating this day!   We will be updating this page as new information become available.

Important Information

As there is a Marathon happening in the Crowsnest Pass this weekend, there are no accommodations in the Crowsnest Pass area. We did secure 20, double queen bed rooms in Pincher Creek for $193.40 and 10 double queen rooms with a pull out couch for $200.00. Please book before June 12th as that is when the rooms that have not been booked will be released and full price again ($344/night). Please call the hotel to access the room block.

Ramada by Wyndham Pincher Creek

There is an area on the venue property that trailers can set up during the weekend. There are no service hook-ups but you will have access to a bathroom and sink. Space is limited.

Venue Camping

We have pre-paid for a taxi service to sit outside of our venue from 9:30pm - 3:00am to take people to wherever they need to go in the Crowsnest pass.

Crowsnest Taxi

We have secured a school bus (classy, we know) to take 40 people from the Ramada to arrive at the ceremony at 4:15, as well as take a load of people back to the hotel at 12:00am and 2:00am. This way you will not have to worry about your vehicle being at the venue when you are in Pincher Creek in the morning after the wedding. If there is need for another shuttle at 9pm to take people to the dance we can arrange that.

There are many camping area's in the Crowsnest pass for you to enjoy if you wish to make our wedding day into your camping get-away for the weekend. There is public land camping and camping grounds located around. Please call and book in advance if you would like to do this as we are not sure if marathon runners have booked these up.

Spend the day at a Chinook Lake, it has an amazing walking path with views and a small beach area that we have enjoyed in the past.
