To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by our website or mail by August 21st, 2024. If you have any issues RSVPing, please reach out to the bride or groom. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will have to mark you as “not attending.” We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize guest count for the venue and our vendors. We hope you understand!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be in a covered barn. We do have a backup plan for cover if there happens to be emergency weather.
Can I take pictures during the wedding?
Our ceremony will be an “unplugged ceremony.” This means no phones/devices! We ask that all of our guests follow this. Our hired professionals will be taking photos during the ceremony and we would like to avoid any phones/devices in the background of said photos. However, we strongly encourage our guest to take pictures/videos during the reception!
Will I need to have transportation from the ceremony to the reception?
Nope! Luckily the ceremony and the reception will be in the same place. After the ceremony, we will simply walk over to the reception area where drinks and food will be served.
What lodging will be available?
I have listed several options on the "Stay" tab for lodging close by the venue.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time.
What is the dress-code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi formal attire. We recommend wearing something comfortable yet appropriate. No black tie is required, but please no blue jeans. I also advised that ladies do not wear stiletto heels as there are grassy areas at the venue. The bridesmaids will be wearing a combination of greens and oranges. If you have any questions regarding the attire feel free to reach out to the bride and groom.
