Karson leaves a sweet and lasting first impression on everyone she meets. This was particularly true for one of our mutual friends, who could not wait to give me that same opportunity. When we met, I was immediately impacted by the way she served others and how intentional she was about meeting the needs of the people around her. After a fast and valuable friendship, we spent a summer in Florida growing in our faith, during which time I came to know that I was inflicted by more than a casual infatuation. When covid started, and our routines were rapidly and drastically shifted, we got to know one another in a way only a societal change could provide. Following 3 eventful years of travels, new careers, family outings, and irreplaceable memories made, I finally proposed at Horseshoe Bend in Arizona. We look forward to expanding upon this story, with each of you continuing to contribute to it. - James
