Kasandra and Chris met May 28th 2022 in Guelph, ON at a close friend's wedding get together and it was love at first sight.


After that Chris knew that he couldn't let Kasandra be "the one that got away" so he surprised her in her home town, Sault Ste. Marie, ON. They spent an entire week getting to know each other and ended up falling in love.


They started dating June 26th 2022 and continued their relationship long distance for an entire year. They would take turns visiting each other every two weeks, Chris would drive to Sault Ste. Marie and Kasandra would fly to Toronto and Chris would always be there to pick her up from the airport and drive her to Guelph or she would drive herself down to Orillia where Chris was finishing up his schooling to become a teacher.


Their long distance finally came to an end in 2023 when they decided it was time to move in together and that's when they made the decision that they were going to start a life together in Sault Ste. Marie. They got their first place together July 1st 2023 and also adopted their precious fur babies, Clementine and Ollie!


Then at a very special place for both Kasandra and Chris, Pancake Bay Provincial Park, Chris proposed to Kasandra down at the beach during the sunset on July 13th 2024!


They cannot wait to start this new chapter of their lives together!
