Harrison and Kasi met back in 2015 at a Youth Assembly dance in Atlanta. Both were dancing with their friends when Harrison yelled out above the music “Hey! Can I have your snap chat?” Seeing that he was such a cutie, Kasi of course shared it with him. They talked often for 5 or 6 months, met for Chick-fil-A and Harrison even visited Kasi at work a couple times. As high school was coming to an end, they stopped talking. In college, Harrison and Kasi would touch base every once in a while. All of the sudden 6 years later, Kasi got a message on Instagram from Harrison. He was so sweet and respectful in reaching out. They started texting for a few days and next thing you know, they couldn’t get off the phone. Harrison and Kasi would talk from the moment they got off work to the time they went to bed. Apparently, the distance was not a bother for either of them and they had their first real date that started with a tour of the Hartwell dam and Mexican for dinner. Kasi couldn’t believe Harrison drove an hour and a half to pick her up for a date.
From that point on, Harrison and Kasi continued to talk to one another. They learned more and more about each other. He asked Kasi to be his girlfriend March 12, 2022 and they said “I love you” for the first time. Harrison and Kasi continued to fall more and more in love with one another. They talked about their goals and what the future would look like. As time went on it got harder and harder to be apart. Kasi told Harrison that she wouldn’t move without a ring on her finger, but over time she would’ve moved ring or not. On January 13, 2023, Harrison got down on one knee and asked Kasi to marry him. It was a wonderful day that they will remember forever.
