A shuttle will pick up guests from the host hotel, Cambria, on the wedding day. Shuttle pickup times will be at 5:15, 5:30, and 5:40 pm. Shuttle departure times will be at 10:30, 10:45 pm, 11:00, and 11:15 pm. There is also ample onsite parking, and the venue is accessible via Uber and Lyft.

Instead of a traditional wedding video, we ask guests to take as many videos as possible during the wedding weekend. Please upload everything to our video vendor, Films of Life. Guests should have received an email with a link and instructions and may also refer to signage at the wedding.

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Our host hotel is Cambria, located in downtown Asheville and about 1 mile from the event venue. We have also secured a block nearby at Aloft!

Cocktail Attire is requested, but please be comfortable and remember to wear your dancing shoes!

Typically, you can expect highs in the mid-low 70s during the day and evenings are in the mid-60s.

Our venue is absolutely gorgeous, but space is limited. Please plan only to bring the total number of guests listed on your invitation.

While we love the little ones, space is very limited at our venue. Kids in our immediate families and children of the wedding party are welcome to attend, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any other children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with a selection of meat dishes, vegetables, and salads.

We will try our best to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions or allergies and would just ask you to note that request on your RSVP.

The reception will end at 11:00 and will be followed by an after-party.

Absolutely, but we would ask that you be respectful of our photographer and allow them to get the shots we have requested.
