Our Wedding

Our story begins in Charleston, SC, where our dearest friends introduced us. Joe, in all his wisdom, attempted to ignore Kasi. Unfortunately for him, Kasi is incredibly perceptive and saw right through his act. And despite Joe’s best efforts to play it cool, he was immediately hooked. What followed was a year of long-distance dating, which mostly involved a lot of driving between Orlando and Jacksonville, learning the best gas station snack combos, and discovering just how much we could tolerate Bluetooth connection issues. But somewhere between the highway miles and endless playlists, we figured out how to love each other in the best way possible. Eventually, Kasi decided she was done with the commute (and probably with packing an overnight bag every weekend). So in 2023, she took a leap—quitting her job in Jacksonville to start a new one in Orlando and moving in with Joe. She also brought her dog, Olive Marie, along for the ride. Ollie wasted no time establishing herself as the true Queen of the household, and Joe had no choice but to accept his new reality. Since then, we’ve built a life that’s anything but ordinary. Kasi’s unpredictable work schedule keeps things interesting, but no matter what, we always make time for each other (and for Ollie, who demands nothing less). Together, we’ve traveled all over, pushed each other to try new things, and embraced every adventure life throws our way. But perhaps the most unexpected adventure? Joe proposing in Pittsburgh before a Steelers game—sealing his fate as a lifelong Steelers-in-law. Now, as we get ready to say I do, we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you. Thanks for being part of our adventure—we can’t wait to party!
