** Regular check in at both hotels is 3:00pm. Front desk suggests that you call in the morning on 10.19. to inquire and request an early check in ** Otherwise, they will be able to safely store your bags if you are looking to take the shuttle vs driving to the wedding venue **
1:30/1:45 pm- Shuttle will start boarding for guest transportation at The Centennial Hotel.
2:00pm - Shuttle will start boarding for guest transportation at the Holiday Inn.
2:30/2:45pm- Shuttle will arrive to the wedding venue. Grab a drink and hang out while other guests continue to arrive. Open bar, but bring cash to tip our bartenders!!! (They are friends of ours!)
3:00pm- Start heading up the hill to the ceremony site. Bus will assist in transportation (1/2 mile distance up hill). Guests who drive themselves are encouraged to also drive up the hill, ample parking is available. Motorcycles are unfortunately not allowed to ride up the hill.
3:30pm- Ceremony begins and we say "I do!"
4:00pm- Travel back down to the barn and enjoy cocktail hour
5:30pm- Find your seats in the tent
6:00pm- Dinner begins. Please check out the menus on the tables and have your food selections ready! We will be rotating tables two at a time to go up to the Taco truck to get your made-to-order food.
6:00-10:00pm- Drink, dance, and celebrate the newlyweds <3 Don't forget to grab dessert at the cider donut truck!
10:15pm- Start boarding on the bus to head to the afterparty at Beanie's Bar and Grill. The bus will continue to drop-off back at the Holiday Inn for anyone who has had enough partying.
12:00 am- Bus will return to Beanie's to gather the party animals and drop off at the Holiday Inn & The Centennial.
