Guests may begin booking at any time. You can do this by calling the In-House Reservations Department at 800-344-5999 (Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm EST) option 1 and speaking with one of the Reservation Agents. You may need to leave a voicemail initially and will be called back by one of the on-site representatives. Please know that you must say you are calling for the Snyder - Thomas Room Block in order to receive the group rate and discounted resort fee. The room reservation cut off date is September 3, 2024
