&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; When I first messaged Kassie on Twitter she left me on read multiple times. I immediately accepted the challenge, continued to annoy her, and sure enough I got her number. We got to know each other more, and I finally got to meet her at the 18th st park in Weslaco. I remember she was kinda shy, I had to do most of the talking and definitely most of the flirting. My buddy Cow was the one who dropped me off at the park to see her and later on that day I told him &#8220;dude I&#8217;m gonna marry her, watch&#8221;.
 
&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;During this time Kassie was still going to school in Austin. I started taking buses to go see her. I was not going to let distance get in the way of me wanting to see her as much as possible. She then moved to Fort Worth to finish up school. By this time, we were boyfriend and girlfriend. Long distance was hard, but again I was not going to let distance get in the way of me wanting more and more of her. When Kassie moved back down from Ft Worth we immediately moved in together. Life started moving a bit faster and it was then when I decided I was going to ask her really soon.
 
&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;I was with my buddies, talking about how I was going to ask her to marry me letting them know I wanted all my family and them to be there as well.&#160; The beach was the perfect spot, near sunset, our excuse would be we were going to take a big &#8220;friend and family picture&#8221; when my buddies arrived on the scene I thought for sure she knew I was going to ask her. Not to mention my mom had paid for a photographer to take these pics, so even more obvious. My family took photos and it was our turn to get in front of the camera. The sunset was perfect, our friends and family were there, it was going just how I planned it. I looked at her and said &#8220;are you ready", she responded "ready for what?&#8221; With teary eyes I got down on one knee and asked her to marry me. She immediately said yes.
 
&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;We are so excited! We cannot wait for our big day to celebrate our growing love with all our loved ones!&#160;
