The Venue at Beagell Farms, which is located at 81 Depot Hill Rd., Port Crane, NY 13833. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at this location.

Please arrive by 2:45. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00.

Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking, but we encourage people to consider carpooling or utilizing our shuttle. If needed you can leave your car overnight and pick up the following day. If you are planning on drinking please plan accordingly and either take the shuttle, leave your car overnight, or arrange for a ride.

Yes! The shuttle will begin with a 2:00 pick-up at The Holiday Inn Downtown, followed by a pickup at the DoubleTree Hotel, then drop off at the venue. A second pick-up will take place at 2:30 at each location. Beginning at 8:00 the shuttle will take people back to these locations as needed with the last shuttle leaving at 10:00. If you are not staying at the hotel but want to take the shuttle, there is a parking garage across from the Holiday Inn where you can park then walk over to the hotel to wait for the shuttle.

Yes! Outdoors, rain or shine. There is a covered tent for the reception. Please dress accordingly.

We will only be able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. If you have a plus one it will be noted on your invitation as "and guest."

We love your kids, but are only able to accommodate a limited amount due to capacity. Only those listed on the invitation are invited. We encourage you to consider making this a fun, parent’s night out! If you have any questions, please reach out.

We ask that you wear semi-formal, garden party attire. Bright colors and florals are encouraged. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing an all-white outfit.
