Our Wedding

She was my first match on Bumble, and I had no idea I could’ve just deleted the app right then. I could immediately tell she was a thoughtful and caring person by the way she talked. The first time we actually met was when I surprise visited the Walmart she worked at, and she was embarrassed about being seen in her Walmart vest (which by the way was adorable on her). Our first official date was at a restaurant, and I choked on my food for 5 minutes; I was nervous, of course, to be on a date with the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. We started to grow closer as the days went by, and my love for her has grown every single day. From her just coming to my house, or me going over to hers, to the vacations we went on which were some of the best times I’ve ever had because of her. She’s been by my side through the toughest of times, and she’s the one steady thing I have in life. Now, coming up on 5 years later, we are living together. The only thing I would change is not being able to give her more. She deserves the world, and I’ll do whatever I have to do to make sure she gets exactly that. Life will be complete the moment we say “I do” and I hope it lasts for the rest of time. I love you, Kassidy Lynn Tucker, and I can’t wait for the day I can officially call you my wife.

Austin’s POV

<p>Our story starts on Bumble. At the time we matched, I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life. I’d graduated high school in May of 2019, and we matched in June. The first time we met, he showed up at Walmart, where I worked at the time. I was so embarrassed because I was wearing that stupid work vest. Fast forward to our first date, which was at a restaurant I’d worked at when I was 15. I remember he choked on his food and he was embarrassed, but I thought it was cute that he was so nervous. We ended up going to Walmart and buying Jenga, not realizing how hard it would be to play in a car. We ended up sitting and talking for hours, where he eventually asked if I wanted to be official (of course, I said yes). <br>October 15th of 2021 is when Austin took me on the surprise trip where he was going to give me my promise ring. I’d always wanted to see the Mothman statue, so that’s where he took me. I was so surprised, it was so thoughtful. <br>October of 2022, we moved in together. It has been such a fun journey. Living together is exactly what I’d hoped it would be. We’ve kept each other sane with everything from major life events to an unruly beagle. With every change, I’ve grown more and more grateful that he is the one I get to experience life with. I look forward every day to becoming Mrs. Westmoreland.</p>
