When you arrive at Barboursville, follow the signs to the ruins. Behind the ruins is a large field that is open for parking. We will have signs for you to follow. Please be respectful of other cars and leave space for everyone to exit. The winery will be open to the public until the reception, so please do not park in their parking lot.

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. The ruins are open to the public until 3pm, and we will need time to complete set-up after closing. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 4:30pm.

Charlottesville does have an airport 25 minutes from the venue, but limited flights are available Richmond International Airport (RIC) is 1 hour 25 minutes from the venue Dulles International Airport (IAD) is 1 hour 45 minutes from the venue

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly. The cocktail hour will be indoors/outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
