During the Christmas 2024 season Jared, Kat, Robin &amp; Mike went to the Nutcracker themed Candlelight Concert at the Knox Church. (Photos are in the gallery above.) After the church ceremony we will have a short break for wedding party photos then meet at Mill St. Brewery later for the reception dinner and after party! We have reserved The Brewmasters Private Dining Room &amp; Bar on the top floor. We're not big dancers, so no crazy DJ and dance floor for us. Just a casual evening with friends and family. AFTER PARTY

After the dinner reception we are opening up the invite to more family &amp; friends! Join us upstairs for our private bar space with Mill St. beer on tap provided! Late night pub snacks and assorted desserts will be provided as well. *Please note, there is an elevator to the upper level should you need it!

If you are flying up, select Ottawa International Airport (YOW). <a href="https://www.yow.ca/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://www.yow.ca/</a> PS. You will be shocked at how quiet this is compared to Newark!

Are you driving up?

If you are driving up from New Jersey, our favourite route (because of the easy border crossing, many rest areas, and overall efficiency) is to take 80W into PA, then 380N, then 81N through upstate NY. The Albany route takes you through areas with less gas stations and less rest areas, although its a beautiful trip too if you are hoping to do some more sightseeing. PS. Don't forget to stop at the duty free on the way back home for liquor, treats, &amp; souvenirs!

Our Engagement - 2022

Okay...before anyone is wondering what on earth is going on...ITS HALLOWEEN! Jared and our friends Tom &amp; Melissa and Ashley &amp; Kirk helped surprise me with this proposal. To distract me while the boys set up the arch us girls went upstairs to get changed for the Halloween party. So, I am a witch, Melissa is a little dutch girl, and Ash is Sandy from Grease...while the boys look normal, and Jared is classy in a suit. Now that we got that disclaimer out of the way, it was the most amazing surprise to celebrate with amazing friends!
