What time do the ceremony and reception begin?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, followed by cocktail hour. At 6:00pm, we will gather inside the hall for dinner and dancing.
What's the parking situation?
Guests are invited to park in the gravel parking lot outside of Stonebrook Hall. We highly encourage guests who choose to drink alcohol at our event to leave their keys behind and rideshare instead!
Will we be indoors or outdoors?
The day's events will take place all at the same venue, with the ceremony held outdoors in a shaded area, and reception indoors with outdoor access.
How do I get tattooed at the reception?
1. Indicate your interest in getting tattooed on your RSVP form.
2. Have a digital or print copy of your signed waiver (linked on the Reception page) and photo ID ready at the event.
3. Tattoos will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, flash only and arms only, at the reception.
*Tattoos will not be provided to guests that have consumed alcohol. Please visit the tattoo station before you drink.*
Remember to tip your artist!
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Our ceremony will be unplugged to allow our photographers to get the perfect shot. But don't worry, you'll have an opportunity to snap your own photos at the end of the ceremony and at the reception!
How can guests share photos from the special day?
We can't wait to see the fun from our guests' POV! Share your photos and reels to Instagram using #HayesAndAlways or add your photos to our shared album using this link: https://albums.memento.com/hayesandalways/upload
*Pro Tip: Search @HayesAndAlways to find our custom stickers for your Instagram story!
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, our registry is set up to send gifts directly to us! A wedding card box will also be at our reception.
What happens if I do not RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by August 25th, 2024, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and our caterer in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!
Are little ones on the guest list?
While we love children, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We kindly request that only guests listed on your RSVP form attend. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Can I bring a plus-one?
We kindly request that you attend with the individuals listed on your RSVP form only. This will help us ensure a smoothly coordinated event and allow us to accommodate all of our guests comfortably.
