Kat met Sage after one of his hockey games in 2018 and from there, their paths continued to intertwine. Whether it was running into each other at weddings, or at the local Kwik Trip by their homes.

The two did not start dating officially until January of 2019. Kat fell in love with Sage and his pup, Goon. They found that they both loved playing golf and traveling; watching hockey and basketball, and hanging out with family and friends.

On October 7th, 2021 Sage, Kat, and Goon moved into their first home that they purchased together.

In February of 2022, Kat and Sage found Bogey Par, who was a 2 month 7lb rescue pup from Lucky 7. He is a bundle of energy and makes every day brighter for Sage and Kat.

On January 27, 2024 Sage asked Kat to marry him at their favorite spot in Marquette, MI. where she said yes :) They are excited to be married and to celebrate with their family and friends at their party on July 20, 2024.

Kat and Sage are grateful to everyone who has supported them throughout their lives. They are grateful daily for friends and family.
