Shuttle Buses will be provided to and from the wedding and Hampton Inn on June 22nd, 2024. The shuttle bus will leave from the Hampton Inn parking lot promptly at 4:30pm for the ceremony. Following the ceremony they will arrive at the reception at 6:00pm, and two evening shuttles back to the hotel will depart at 9:30pm and 11:00pm.
If you are family staying at The Hyco House, the shuttle bus will stop for pickup directly following the Hotel departure at 4:30pm, and will also stop on the 9:30pm and 11:00pm evening buses.
* Please keep in mind if you forgo provided transportation there are no Ubers/Lifts/Taxis available in this area. We will have LIMITED parking available at the ceremony and reception venues.

We have blocked 40 rooms at the Hampton Inn in Gloucester VA. This is the only hotel that transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. (*Keep in mind there are no Ubers/taxis available in this area) To book these guaranteed rooms at a discounted rate please book by May 22nd, 2024. When calling to book your stay make sure you state you are booking under the Baxter/Grizzard Wedding. The blocked rooms under the group rate should be $149 per night, please make sure the hotel is aware you are booking under the group rate as prices are much higher outside of the room block. (*please be aware once the 40 rooms we have blocked are booked there are no more guaranteed rooms at this rate)

Another option for overflow! This hotel is directly across the street from the Hampton Inn, so you can walk over and still catch the shuttle bus at 4:30pm, however there is no room block or group rate.
