We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in summer-friendly cocktail attire. Please kindly avoid jeans/denim and shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside within a covered pavilion and the reception will be held indoors. You'll be able to roam the winery freely and soak up the last bits of the Wisconsin sunshine but we'd also recommend a light jacket for the evening.
Will there be a shuttle?

Hotel guests:
We will have shuttles to pick up and drop off at the AmericInn in Wabasha. Pick up from the AmericInn will begin around 4:15 pm (departing at 4:30 pm) and the last departure will be around 4:55 pm. This hotel is about 17 minutes away from the venue so please plan accordingly to ensure you are on one of the shuttles as they will only be making a couple of trips to the hotel to pick up our guests. Later that evening, the shuttle service will begin to take guests back to the hotel after the speeches have concluded around 8:30 pm. The shuttle will be making regular trips throughout the night and our DJ will make some announcement reminders as well. The very last pickup from the venue will be at 11:30 pm.
Air bnb/vrbo guests staying nearby:
We will have one shuttle picking up our guests staying nearby at the Pickle Factory restaurant in downtown Pepin around 5pm. There will only be one pickup time so please plan accordingly. The bus will be taking guests back to the Pickle Factory until 11:30 pm. Simply mention the Pickle Factory when you board the bus.
Can I bring a guest/date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Are kids welcome?
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We have limited the children at our wedding to be family-only. For those of you that will be bringing your children, please kindly be sure to watch them closely throughout the day. :)
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by August 6, 2024 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.
What if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Is there parking at the event?
Yes! Villa Bellezza has a few surface lots you can use to park. We will also be shuttling guests between the hotel and the venue. You are allowed to park overnight in the lot, they just ask that you remove your car before 10 AM the next day.
We kindly ask that you please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that once the ceremony begins, all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our hired photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to wander around the venue and take as many photos as you like!
