Yes! When arriving at Maple Meadows, you will enter down a long gravel driveway. Once you approach the barn, stay left and follow the path until you reach the backfield.

We kindly ask our guests to dress in cocktail attire.

Weather permitting, we plan to hold our wedding ceremony outside with an indoor reception to follow. Given the chance of rain, both events will take place indoors.

While we love your little ones, this is an adult-only ceremony and reception with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate with you.

Shuttles will be available from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm to take guests to the Holiday Inn in Welland or nearby alternative locations in the Niagara region. We encourage all guests to use the provided transportation or arrange for an uber/taxi if staying 30+ minutes away from venue.

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long.

Please arrive at Maple Meadows Farm between 3:00 pm and 3:15 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30 pm.
