An outdoor ceremony will take place on The Great Lawn at The Lodge Hotel. There is valet parking for all guests staying at The Lodge. All other guests may park their cars at a nearby designated parking lot. Drivers may drop off passengers at The Lodge’s main entrance. Plan to arrive early. There is a bar/sitting area in the lobby and a patio just outside, all of which overlook the ceremony site, The Great Lawn. All guests will be asked to move to the ceremony area on the lawn just before 5:00pm. Please note: In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place at the reception venue.

Please enjoy some post-ceremony mingling along with music, passed hors d’oeuvres, light fare, our signature drink, and open bar at the Shenandoah Clubhouse [main level]. This is a short walk from the ceremony. The Cocktail Hour area is both inside and outside.

At 7:00pm, guests will be invited to move upstairs from the Cocktail Hour to the Reception. Before entering the reception room, please take note of your assigned seating. The reception will start with introductions and dinner.
