I've been coming down to Madeira Beach for as long as I can remember! My grandparents have wintered down in Florida for 20+ years & over time, this beach has become my happy place. Some of my favorite memories have been made here & getting married on the beach has always been a dream of mine! I am so thankful for everyone who has helped to make this dream a reality. I hope that we are able to share a glimpse of what makes this place so special! ♥Kate

Beach semi-formal attire! We can't wait to see our family & friends get dressed up for our big day, but want everyone to be comfortable on the beach! The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside followed by an indoor reception.

We are so excited to have an intimate celebration with all of our favorite people! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding & please reach out with any questions!

Invitations will be specific & will include the names of the children who are invited. We would love for this to be a fun & relaxing "night out" for you! For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely!

The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive to The West Events at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. There is a parking lot outside the venue for guests to use & a shuttle will take you to & from the ceremony location!

In order to give us ample time to finalize wedding details with the destination, please RSVP by April 1st using the tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
