John owns the house next door and rents it to his sister who has become a dear friend. One day, my Dad and I were struggling to pull a cement post out of the ground. Out of nowhere, comes this man I never met before. John was visiting next door, saw us struggling and ran over to help. He helped us pull it up in no time. Needless to say, John left an impression!
