Weatherford, just 35-45 minutes from the venue, offers plenty of hotel options. You’re welcome to book anywhere you like, but for your convenience, we’ve reserved room blocks at two hotels (available until 11/5/2025—see the “Travel” tab for details!). If you’d prefer to stay closer to the venue and have a few friends to share with, there are also plenty of great Airbnb options nearby.

Ladies: A formal floor length or midi dress, whatever you think is beautiful we also think is beautiful! :) Gentlemen: Dress code is "formal", however, 'Cowboy Formal' is acceptable! Nice jeans, boots, and a sport coat will do just fine! If you don't have a jacket just a button up will be great as well! We have faith in you. :)
