The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. We recommend getting to the Pavilion location at Renault by 4:45pm to find your seat.

We kindly ask you to wear formal cocktail attire (nice dresses, jump suits, and suits are preferred. No jeans please!).

Yes - in Parking lot P3 across the street from the hotel location! We will also be providing complimentary shuttles to and from specific hotels (details on the transportation section of our site). If planning to Uber/Lyft to or from, there is a designated Uber drop off spot on site, and we ask that you join the bar/restaurant or hotel wifi when requesting an Uber/Lyft from Renault, as the cell service can be spotty!

While we love your kids, this is an adult only party (21+ only) and we hope you enjoy your parents night out!

Due to specific venue restrictions, our wedding will only allow guests formally invited, which is stated on the envelope of your save the date and/or invitation.

Yes! Please let us know ahead of time if you can. The venue will have complimentary golf carts and drivers on site to ensure you get safely to and from our wedding location.

Yes! The Pavilion is waterproof, and all wedding festivities will take place inside the Pavilion!

Directly across from the Chateau hotel location, towards the left (venue map below)! There will be signage directing you towards the correct location on site. The wedding will be held at the Pavilion tent location (#7 on the venue map towards the far right), and the after party will be held at the TASTE 1864 bar onsite (near #13 and #14 on the map).

Our venue grounds serve food at their TASTE 1864 location on site. Breakfast is available from Thurs-Sun, 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM, dining service runs Thursday – Sunday, beginning at 12pm, and their Happy Hour is Mon-Fri, 3 PM – 6 PM, with special pricing on Appetizers, Cocktails, Wine, Sangria, and Beer. However, we will have all of the food & drinks at our wedding festivities starting at 5pm on! The Seaview Hotel also offers great public bar and restaurant options.
