What is the best way to get to the hotel venue?

See the travel tab. There are many options from the Dublin airport - including bus, train, taxi, or renting a car.

What is the best airport to fly into?

Dublin Airport (DUB) will have the most options, but you can also check Shannon Airport (SNN) from your departure city.

When is check in and check out?

Check in to the Waterford Castle will be on Sunday Sept 18th and check out on Tuesday Sept 20th. You are welcome to extend these dates, but these are held with the venue for our event so if you would like to arrive early or stay longer then please reach out to the castle directly.

Is there an itinerary for the trip?

Everyone is welcome to their own agenda or to tag along with our plans. Sean and I plan to arrive in Dublin and have a Stag/Hen party out on the town. While in Waterford, the men may play golf on Sunday and the ladies partake in an afternoon tea. There will be a casual "rehearsal dinner" out in the city on Sunday night at a pub. Monday's ceremony will begin at 3pm, followed by a Guinness toast, pictures, and dinner in the castle at 6pm. Anyone who would like to go out after is welcome to join us to celebrate out at the pubs!

How many guests will be attending the ceremony in Ireland?

Due to Covid restrictions at the castle, the guest count will be kept limited to under 20. The couple would love to have everyone come to Ireland, but only immediate family and very close friends will be in attendance.

Can I come to the Colorado brunch reception if I didn't go to the Ireland ceremony?

Yes! The brunch reception in Colorado is for everyone and all are invited! We want to celebrate our wedding with ALL of our friends and family. Come party and enjoy a mimosa, bloody mary, or Irish coffee with us in Denver! You will not leave hungry...please RSVP so we have an accurate count for food.
