When is the RSVP deadline?

Wednesday, June 5th, 2024.

How do I RSVP? Can I do it online?

Please do it online! Click on the 'RSVP' tab at the top and follow all of the prompts. If you are still having trouble, please let us know via text.

Can I bring a +1?

We politely ask that you only bring individuals specifically listed on the invite. If you are still unsure please text Kate or Josh!

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

We will miss them, but we politely request no children under the age of 15 attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding!

What should I wear?

We don't have a super specific dress code - think dressy casual (check out this helpful guide if you need inspiration! https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-dressy-casual). It is an evening wedding in July so we expect a warm night. We suggest... Women: sundresses, cocktail-length dresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. The more colors and prints - the better!

Where is the ceremony?

Atkinson Resort & Country Club, at the gazebo in the back. Our reception is held at the same location, just inside. Please follow the provided signage.

Where is the reception?

Atkinson Resort & Country Club! The reception will be held in the Brookside Room - just a few steps from the ceremony site.

Where are the closest airports?

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport in Manchester, NH & Logan International Airport in Boston, MA.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Atkinson Resort & Country Club does not offer the option to reserve blocks. Please call ahead for availability and reservations, if you desire to stay there. It is first-come first-serve. There are other hotels in the area very close by, so there are multiple options for our guests! Please find our recommendations under the 'Where To Stay' tab.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?

Because we have guests staying in multiple locations, we do not have a shuttle service.

Where do we park?

There is plenty of parking in the lot at the entrance.

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony starts at 6:30 PM. Please arrive no earlier than 6:00 PM.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

We are having an unplugged ceremony and want everyone to be present and in the moment with us. Feel free to document as much as you'd like during the reception!

What happens between the ceremony and the reception?

We predict our ceremony will take less than 30 minutes. After the ceremony, you will be directed inside to hang out in the Brookside Room, where our reception is being held. We have to take some pictures - so we'll be absent for a little bit. In the meantime, enjoy some good music, a drink at the bar and hors d'oeuvres before dinner.

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

You will have the option to describe your dietary restrictions while you RSVP. Appetizers and Passed Hors d'Oeuvres: Mediterranean Display, Spanakopita, Potato Croquettes, Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings. Sides and Salads: Caesar Salad, Field Greens, Vegetable Medley (gluten-free), Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes (gluten-free). Pasta Station: Cavatappi with Marinara, Chicken Parmesan, Garlic Toast. Dinner: Roast Sirloin with Red Wine Sauce (gluten-free). Dessert: Milk and Cookies, Sweet and Salty Pretzel Station.

How does the bar work (cash bar, open bar, etc.)?

Your drink for cocktail hour is on us. After cocktail hour, it will be a cash bar (you can use cash or credit). Bring your I.D - any guest appearing under age 30 will be carded. The bar will close at 11:45 PM.

What if it rains?

Our ceremony is outdoors so it is weather permitting. A final decision on the ceremony location will be made by the venue no less than 2 hours before the ceremony start time. Arrangements will be made to move the ceremony indoors at the venue if needed.

When does your reception officially end?

Midnight!
