This story is a tale not quite as old as time… Christian and Kate met like many couples do these days, online. To this day, neither Christian nor Kate are quite sure how they ended up together as they lived so far apart that it must have been divine intervention! They met right before Covid in March 2020 and again by divine intervention were thrown together because they were then part of their own personal "bubble."

As time went on, their relationship grew stronger and they have had many adventures together. In 2021, Kate shared her love of travel with Christian and they went to Disney World for their first vacation together. During their trip, they met their now close friend Rachel, who has the credit for being a pivotal person in their relationship. When Christian got lost in Epcot, he happened to run into Rachel who had just met the couple the previous day at Hollywood Studios and gotten Kate's phone number. Rachel was able to reunite the couple at Epcot and saved the day!

Christian also shared his favorite place and event for the first time with Kate when he took her to Camp Holy Cross over Labor Day weekend in 2021. She quickly found out exactly why it is Christian's favorite place as it's a gathering spot for all the most beloved people in his life. It brought the couple closer together as they found balance in their lives with what they both loved.

After a few years together and many adventures as well as overcoming challenges, the couple knew they have a love that will endure. During Camp Holy Cross on September 3, 2023, Christian took Kate out on her first canoe ride and proposed to her. Of course she accepted!

To this day, this tale has no ending and will be ever changing and written into eternity.
