To enter the Bahamas, you must have a passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure from The Bahamas.
Air Travel: American and Delta have direct flights from ATL and MIA to ELH.
There are limited flights to ELH, we highly recommend booking in advance. Please note your departure flight times to allow ample amount of time to leave the island (we would suggest arriving at the airport 1.5 hours ahead of departure time).

Once you arrive and exit the ELH Airport, you will catch a $5 per person/ 5 minutes taxi ride down to the dock.
(Note: all taxis are cash only. Always good to carry some cash with you when visiting the islands as a lot of the smaller/local places are cash only- Taxis/Water Taxis run all day long.)
Once you arrive onto the dock you will catch another $5 per person/ 5 minute water taxi ride across to Harbour Island. *If you are staying at Valentine's let the captain know when you get on the boat.
Golf carts are the primary choice of transportation on the island. It's best to make advanced reservations for golf cart rentals. We suggest you ask your rental contact or hotel who they recommend and whether they can make the reservation for you. There are several golf cart companies on island. CS is a resort on the pink sand beach, amenities include pool, restaurants, and beach bar service. Room rates range from about $575 ++ per night. They offer hotel rooms, beach cottages and private houses. Call the hotel to book reservations.
