When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by or before June 25th, 2025.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Yes! The shuttle will be picking up guests from the hotel, offering 3 different trips to the venue at 2:00pm, 2:50pm, and 3:30pm. After the reception, rides back to the hotel will be offered as needed between 9:00pm and 12:00am.

Parking and Finding the Venue:

There is plenty of parking! When you arrive, you'll see the main building/parking lot. Our ceremony/reception site is back by the orchard, tucked away. There is a shuttle provided by Peck and Bushel taking people to and from the ceremony/venue site OR you can choose to walk the path. (FYI - it's gravel and has a small incline, but it's decently short).

What is the recommended dress/attire?

Cocktail/Formal Attire is recommended. The ceremony will be outside - weather permitting. Please dress accordingly for a hot July day!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

If your invitation comes with a plus one it will be written on the envelope addressed to you, and it will also show you have a plus one when you RSVP through theknot.com!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

We love your children, but due to capacity restrictions and personal preference for our big day, we unfortunately will not be hosting children at our wedding (outside of immediate family, the flower girl, & the ring bearer). We appreciate your understanding!

What type of food will be served?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner with the choice of chicken, beef, and vegetarian options, as well as salad, rolls, and a selection of sides. For dessert, we have Scratch Ice Cream coming!

What time does the party end?

The reception ends at 11pm, as we have to clean and be out of the venue by midnight. If we feel up for continuing the party, there are bars not far from the hotel!

Can I leave my car over night if I am not able to drive?

You can park your car overnight IF absolutely needed. However, we recommend having a DD, taking the shuttle back to the hotel, or uber/lyft for the safest option. The parking lot is pretty desolate and surveillance may be limited.
