Self Proclaimed "Supreme Overlord Commander of the Armed Forces" Ted and I met back in college through the on campus EMS program. I got assigned as his mentor, and well, the rest is history. Ted is now an extremely talented officer in the US Army, a super smart personal trainer, and an up and coming podcast host. Ted is one of the most honest, hard working, upright guys I know, and I'm honored to have him by my side.

Eric and I met through the on campus EMS program in college. We quickly became friends as we discovered many shared interests and an affinity for doing crazy things and dreaming big. Eric and I both got our Paramedic certification around the same time, but now Eric is finishing up his schooling to become an Anesthesiologist Assistant. Eric never fails to make me laugh and is always there to lend a listening ear, I am honored to have him by my side.

Carl and I met at a local powerlifitng meet in college. Carl and I were in the same weight class competing against each other... and well, he tells the story of that better than I do. After bumping into each other at a couple other meets, we soon started training together and quickly became friends. Carl is a bad-ass, fun loving police officer out of OH. He never fails to convince me to do something dumb (and extremely hard) in the gym, and is always there to offer advice if I ever need it. I'm honored to have him by my side.

I met Sean during my year of Grad School at the University of Dayton. I had somehow talked my way to living in the neighborhood and Sean was one of the guys in the house I was assigned to. We instantly hit it off with our similar combination of crazy, non-stop work ethic, and love for food. I knew we would be good friends when I decided to workout twice a day, and Sean joined me every morning doing calisthenics with a sandbag around the outside of our house. Since then our shenanigans have never stopped, and I pray they never do. I'm honored to have him by my side.

Michael and I met while at the University of Dayton through the on campus EMS program. I quickly learned that we was a computer science major just like me, which there were precious few of in EMS. It also worked out that he had switched his major late, so we ended up taking approximately 70% of our major specific classes together, even though he was a year ahead of me. During college, we went through a lot together, and he always had my back. Michael is now a very successful Software Engineer. I am honored to have him by my side.

Aaron is the newest to the group of hooligans I am calling my groomsmen. I met Aaron exclusively because of Kate - he is married to Kate's older sister Marie and is the father of two adorable kids. Kate introduced me to Aaron, Marie, and her younger brother Patrick to "ease" me into meeting the family. From that moment on, he has taken me under his wing, helped me navigate the often crazy nature of of the Salzmanns (the best kind of crazy obviously), and most importantly has given me an amazing example to look up to for how to be a husband and God willing, a father. I am honored to soon call him my brother (in law) and to have him by my side.

Laura is my big little sister! She is a sweet, thoughtful, and loving person. Growing up, she participated in all of our crazy schemes and adventures. Now, she's out helping people and loving it. I couldn't be prouder of the amazing person she's become!

She’s the youngest sister but definitely the sassiest! Rita always amazes me by her incredible drive when it comes to her studies, sports, and family! She has always kept me on my toes and I love hanging out with her. She will be the first one out there on the dance floor with me!

Marie has always been one of my biggest role models. She is the best older sister! She was the test-run for John before meeting my parents! (Thankfully he passed the sister test with flying colors). She will always be the one I go to for advice and will forever be my role model especially as I become a wife as well!

Elise was my roommate for two years in college! We shared a love of sports and she introduced me to Friends (aka one of the greatest shows of all time). She is responsible in many ways for me making it through nursing school! Elise is hardworking, caring, and fun-loving. She's always there for me!

Chelsea is one of the smartest people I know! We started our nursing careers together and relied on each other through tough times. She dragged me over to the critical care unit with her (thankfully) and she is often my first call when I have a great day or a bad one. I am honored to have her as a friend!

Introducing the amazing photographer and designer! Claire has been the mastermind behind our save the dates, invitations, and many more details to come for our wedding. I also have her to thank for being such an amazing sister to John. I am incredibly blessed to have gotten to know her. Marrying him means gaining another sister!
