Important Details
What is the dress code?
Formal attire.
Are children invited?
While we love each and every one of your children, we are limited on ceremony space and have mutually decided for our event to be (mostly) adults only.
What time should we arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM, with a guest arrival between 4:00-4:25 PM.
Can we check-in early?
Check-in at St. James is not until 4 PM. 1-3 PM early check-in is likely, but be sure to call and ask beforehand. If you would like to ensure early check-in (by 1 PM) call and request for an additional $50 which also allows for late check-out. Remember, Ceremony is at 4:30.
Please plan accordingly.
If early check-in isn't available for you, there is a locked room the front desk can hold your belongings in until your room is available. If anyone needs a space to get ready in before the ceremony, please contact Kate!

The Historic Area. To the right of the lobby elevators.
Cocktail hour to follow
Where is the reception?
The reception is located on level 5 in the Summit Room. Dinner will be held at 6:30, with speeches & first dances to follow.
Get ready to dance, because this place is ours until 12:30 AM. WOOHOO!
Do you have a hotel block?
Yes - Please refer to the "Hotel" tab for additional info.
Is there onsite parking?
Yes! There is a parking ramp attached to the hotel for easy access.
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP ASAP or BY November 1st at the latest. Thank you!
Thursday Evening
All are welcome to join us Thursday evening at The Port cocktail bar around 7:30 PM, located on the lower level of the St. James Hotel.
Saturday Morning
We will be holding a small “Farewell'' gathering from 10:00-11:30 AM with light food & beverage. Located in the “Tasting Room”, directly behind the parking ramp elevator. All are welcome to come say goodbye before heading off!
