The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all held on site at Twelve Oaks Mansion. Everything will be indoors.

We recommend cocktail attire as we would love to see everyone dressed up with us, but please no white!

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that this be an adult-only wedding.

In order to efficiently seat everyone, please arrive by 3 PM.

There is a shuttle that will transport guests from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony and also from the venue to the hotel after the reception. The shuttle will service will begin at 2:30 PM with the last shuttle departing at 3:20 PM. Please ensure you board the shuttle with ample time to ensure you arrive for the ceremony start time at 3:30 PM.
