Though Katelyn and Spencer went to school together at Northpointe Christian for several years and attended the same church young adults group, they did not meet until spring of 2023 when they were set up by a mutual friend. Spencer sent Katelyn a facebook friend request which she immediately accepted. The two began direct messaging which led to exchanging phone numbers. After a few weeks of getting to know each other over text, Katelyn and Spencer went on their first date. It was clear right from the start that there was something special between them. It wasn't long until the two of them fell in love and started to see how the other person was God's answer to so many years of prayer.

Katelyn and Spencer are so thankful to God for the stories He is writing in both of their lives and are deeply grateful that He brought them together in His perfect timing.
