Hunter and I met as most people do now a days, online. We agreed to a first date and Hunter took me out to dinner & to see the Lights of the Ozark. We both felt a connection and quickly became inseparable. We still have little finger puppets that were on our holiday drinks as a token of this memory.
Since we were settled into our adult lives already, our relationship grew through dedicating time to each other and seeking out adventure when we could. We love to spend time outdoors together and travel. One of our greatest adventures was making the decision to move back to Hunter's hometown in Iowa. This move brought us closer together and has given us the opportunity to pursue the next step of life together, getting married!
Hunter proposed on a sunny day in June. We went on a hike together and afterwards stopped by one of my favorite views in our area. Standing in a field of wildflowers, Hunter got on one knee and asked for my hand in marriage. It was the happiest yes of my life. We are so excited to share our special day and want to thank all our friends and family for joining in our celebration.
