Where is the ceremony and reception located?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Plum Hollow Country Club in Southfield, MI.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be held inside with access to the outdoor patio throughout the evening. In the event of rain or inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
When will your wedding start and end?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so we kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:15pm at the latest. Our last song will be at approximately 11:00pm with a grand exit to follow.
Are pictures/videos allowed during the wedding?
We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony (phones/cameras away and on silent/off). Our ceremony will be professionally photographed, and we encourage you to be present in the moment with us. After the ceremony, however, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you would like!
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Additionally, Plum Hollow Country Club kindly requests that all attendees avoid wearing the following: denim clothing of any style or color, athletic clothes, t-shirts without a collar, cargo-style shorts, and hats/visors. Thank you!
When/how can we RSVP?
For an accurate headcount, RSVPs are due by June 01. You can RSVP by visiting the "RSVP" tab on our wedding website.
Can I bring a date/guest?
To keep our special day as intimate as possible, we request that only those listed within the digital RSVP join us. Thank you for understanding!
How will parking work? Is there transportation provided between the reception and local lodging?
Complimentary valet parking is provided for all attendees upon arrival at Plum Hollow. Although there is no shuttle transportation to/from local lodgings, there will be ample access to ride sharing apps (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?
When you RSVP, please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions so that special accommodations can be made.
What airport should we fly to?
We recommend flying into the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) in Detroit, MI. This is the closest airport to our venue (23 miles).
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
Yes! We have two hotel blocks in place for guests: The Westin and The Hampton Inn. Please visit the "Lodging" tab to reserve a room in our hotel block. You may also reference that page for other lodging options in the area.
Do you have a wedding registry? Where can I find it?
