After years of being friends, spending every second together at Purdue, and telling everyone who asked that they would never date, Daniel and Katelyn started dating right before graduation (just months before she planned to move to Arizona for PT school).

Katelyn moves to Arizona and the long distance FaceTime calls begin.

Daniel flies on an airplane for the first time ever and visits Katelyn in Arizona. They visit Flagstaff, Sedona, and AT Still University in Mesa where Daniel was applying to PT school.

Daniel moves to Arizona to start PT school at AT Still University!! Katelyn is still in Flagstaff while he is in Mesa, but the 2 hour drive down the mountain is nothing compared to the previous 22 hour drive.

Katelyn moves to Mesa after the COVID-19 pandemic puts an end to in-person classes for the remainder of Katelyn’s PT program. Katelyn and Daniel share a house with their friends.
