The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you have time to sign the guest book and find a seat. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm.

The ceremony will be held outside at 5:00pm. Once the ceremony ends, guests will enjoy cocktail hour in an outdoor rose garden from 5:30pm-6:30pm. The cocktail hour will include a live violinist, passed appetizers, beer, wine and our signature cocktail! When cocktail hour ends, guests will be escorted inside for dinner. After dinner, we will dance, eat cake, and celebrate until 10:30pm. Please note that water will be available for guests at all times throughout the day.

We ask that all guests wear black formal or semi-formal attire. Guests are encouraged to wear a black suit or black pants with white button up shirt, or black long-dress or black cocktail dress. We ask that guests do not wear casual clothing including jeans, t-shirts, hats, sneakers, etc. Need some inspo? While we would love for everyone to bring a date, the venue has limited space. Plus ones will be indicated on your invite.

Due to limited space at the wedding venue, our special day will be adults only. We thank you for your understanding.

Yes! There is tons of parking at Separk Mansion. However, there will be an open bar, so plan your travel accordingly if you plan to drink (no drinking and driving allowed).

If you have dietary restrictions/allergies, please indicate this on your RSVP.

We will have an open bar to serve you beer, wine, and seltzers starting at 5:30pm and ending at 10:30pm. All drinks are provided, so you will not need to pay for your drinks. However, we do encourage you to tip your bartenders. If you plan to enjoy the open bar, please plan to book a hotel room or get a safe, sober ride home. Not a drinker? No worries! We will have glass-bottle sodas for you to enjoy.

While we would LOVE to have all guests on the dance floor with us (we welcome all the worst dance moves), we know that isn't some people's jam, and that's okay. We will have delicious desserts for you to enjoy, as well as a photobooth for you to take photos all night long!

The venue is 100% smoke-free. This is strictly enforced, so please do not smoke on the venue grounds. If you would like to step out for a smoke, please walk off of the venue grounds.

If it is raining, both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held inside.

When you arrive to the wedding, you will see a seating chart with your name and table number. At this time, you will be able to view the names of the other guests at your table. We are creating a mindful seating chart to ensure you are sat with guests you know!
