Abby and Katelyn attended ASU together while Abby worked on her masters and Katelyn did her undergrad. They also spent summer of 2020 as roomies! Abby is wildly gifted at so many things and inspires Katelyn as a musician, a wife, a friend, and an entrepreneur! She is caring and passionate about others and Katelyn is so grateful to know her.

Kalie and Katelyn met in 7th grade as flute friends in band! They took lessons in the same private studio through high school and have remained close since. Kalie is creative and smart and always up for an adventure and Katelyn is so happy to have been great friends with her for so long!

Becca and Katelyn met through their church in Madison as part of the same connection group! Becca is bubbly and sweet and Katelyn is so blessed to have her in her life!

Guasaret (or Guasa) is José’s oldest brother. He helped José look for engagement rings for Katelyn in Venezuela!

José Francisco “Pachi” is José’s twin brother! Their parents thought one of the boys would be a girl and when they were both boys decided to name them both José!

Alex is Katelyn’s brother and although he is the youngest groomsman, he’ll be the tallest! Katelyn and Alex have always had a special sibling bond and she is so excited that he will be standing behind her soon to be husband!

Lennie is Becca’s adorable daughter and will be almost 2 years old at the ceremony!

Akayra is a friend of José’s from his church when he lived in Montreal and became a good friend of Katelyn’s too! She will be translating the ceremony to Spanish for any members of José’s family who speak little to no English.
