Are there any hotel rooms blocked for the wedding?

Yes! We have a number of rooms blocked at both the Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn. Both hotels are within one mile of our venue in Sturbridge, MA. Group rates are provided with the hotel information below.

How do I book with the hotel block?

We have provided the links to each hotel so that you can look at the rooms and amenities to decide which hotel is best for you! See the information below about online booking or call to book with our group code "PSW" and let them know you are celebrating the Page-Stephenson wedding!

When do I need to book by?

Both hotels suggested booking as soon as possible. To be included in our group rate, hotels must be booked no later than March 11, 2025.

Will there be transportation provided to and from the hotel?

We want you to relax and safely enjoy our big day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation, including gratuity, to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles courtesy of Knight's Transportation will depart from both hotels at these times:

5:45 PM & 6:00 PM

from the Holiday Inn

6:15 PM

from the Hampton Inn

We suggest waiting outside of your hotel a few minutes before the FIRST designated pick up time. If you miss the shuttle at your hotel or wait until the second shuttle and there isn't enough seats, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Selfishly, we want you to celebrate the entire night with us, but we do also understand that some may not want to stay until midnight. Therefore, shuttles will remain on-site at the venue from 6:30 PM until 12:30 AM to return you to your respective hotel whenever you wish to leave.
